Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add in brown sugar, vanilla extract, eggs and milk. Whisk until well combined.
Add in rolled oats and baking powder. Stir to combine together.
Line a 9 inch baking pan and pour oat mixture into the pan.
Bake at 375°F for about 35 minutes.
