Banana pancakes are naturally sweetened, fluffy, and easy to make. The mild banana flavor with a hint of vanilla is just right! If you love pancakes, you’ll go bananas for these!

  • Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
    Dry ingredients in a bowl for banana pancakes.
  • Add in mashed banana, milk, beaten egg and vanilla extract. Stir to combine the batter together.
    All the wet ingredients in a bowl for pancakes.
  • Preheat a pan with a bit of butter on medium low. Add a scoop of pancake batter, leaving space between each one.

  • Cook on each side for about 2-3 minutes or until the pancakes are golden brown. Repeat until you ran out of batter, adding a bit of unsalted butter each time. Serve & Enjoy!
