Ingredients

  • 10 oz baby arugula
  • 1/2 cup roasted walnuts
  • 2 large pears
  • 2 oz goat cheese
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils

Instructions

Balsamic Dressing

  • Combine the honey with dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Mix until well-blended.
    Jar with salad dressing.

Assembling Salad

  • Cut pears into slices. Chop the roasted walnuts and crumble the goat cheese into small pieces.
    Pears, goat cheese and walnuts in bowls.
  • Place the arugula in a large bowl. Top with pear slices, walnuts, cheese, and pomegranate arils.
