Place a wire rack on top of a baking sheet lined with foil. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Dry the wings thoroughly with a paper towel. Season them with baking powder and garlic parsley salt.
Arrange the wings on the wire rack and bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
Combine the sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Add the cooked wings to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
