  • Prepare all the veggies. Cut them by hand or use a Mandoline Slicer.
    Sliced veggies in a large dish.
  • Place all the veggies in a large bowl. Massage them lightly by hand.

  • Add salt, sugar, vinegar and oil. Toss together to spread the seasoning evenly.

  • Pack the cabbage mixture tightly into jars. Cover with a lid and leave to refrigerate overnight. The cabbage is ready to eat the next day!
