Instructions
Prepare all the veggies. Cut them by hand or use a Mandoline Slicer.
Place all the veggies in a large bowl. Massage them lightly by hand.
Add salt, sugar, vinegar and oil. Toss together to spread the seasoning evenly.
Pack the cabbage mixture tightly into jars. Cover with a lid and leave to refrigerate overnight. The cabbage is ready to eat the next day!
