  • Place the ingredients in a large bowl.
    Heavy cream, condensed milk and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  • Using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the mixture until it reaches soft peaks. When you lift the beaters out of the bowl, the cream should gently peak and fall over.

  • Place the cones into a muffin pan for support. Fill each one with the cream mixture.
    Ice cream cones with cream in muffin cups.
  • Freeze the cones for a few hours, or until the ice cream is fully frozen. Enjoy a bite of my childhood!
