Culinary Decorating Bag
Melt chocolate on steam bath. Be sure that there is no water drips in chocolate or it doesn’t overcook, it will ruin it. Let chocolate cool down to hardly warm temperature.
Place chocolate in decorating bag, make very small hole on the bottom the bag, and be sure that it’s not huge.
By holding balloon in one hand, create shapes you wish on half the balloon. Place it in cup and refrigerate until firm.
Remove from fridge and pop the balloon. You should have perfectly shaped basket. Store them in cold room temperature, if you refrigerate them they may turn white on the outside.
