  • Cut the chicken thighs into ½ inch strips and place them in a large bowl.
    Chicken sliced into pieces.
  • Add the lemon juice, garlic, spices, and olive oil. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
