Slice the peaches in half. Gently pry them apart into two halves and remove the pits.
Sprinkle the peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Place the peaches skin side down on the tray and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the flesh is fork-tender and the sugar mixture has slightly caramelized.
Remove and serve warm with vanilla ice cream and your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
