Bacon Wrapped Potatoes

Combine two of the world's greatest foods with these bacon-wrapped potatoes. They're crispy, jaw-droppingly tasty, and you probably already have all the ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tbsp salt adjust to preference.
  • 1 lb bacon pick your favorite
  • 2 tbsp dill or other favorite herbs

Instructions

  • Rinse and cut the potatoes in half. Peeling is optional.

  • Season the potatoes with salt.

  • Wrap one strip of bacon around each potato piece. Place the bacon wrapped potatoes seam-side down on a baking pan.
