Ingredients

  • 8 oz Angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to preference
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup mayonaisse
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayo, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and red pepper flakes until smooth.

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions.

  • Meanwhile, toss together the shrimp, salt, and paprika in a separate bowl until evenly coated. Set aside.

  • Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook just until fragrant.

  • Add the shrimp and sauté for 6-8 minutes, or until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through.

  • Add the drained pasta and sauce mixture to the skillet. Toss everything together until well incorporated. Top the pasta with your favorite herbs (like cilantro) and serve warm!
