2 slices of bread 1 garlic clove 1/2 cup cottage cheese full fat 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes sliced 2 tbsp fresh basil sliced 1/2 tsp salt Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness. Rub the garlic clove over the warm bread.
Spread the cottage cheese evenly on both slices of bread.
Top with the sliced tomatoes and basil. Sprinkle salt to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
