Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese full fat
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness. Rub the garlic clove over the warm bread.
    Bread toasting on a pan.
  • Spread the cottage cheese evenly on both slices of bread.
