Crispy Air Fryer Waffle Fries
These three-ingredient waffle fries are super crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Who knew that making waffle fries at home was this easy??

4 medium potatoes 1 1/2 tbsp oil olive or avocado 1 tsp salt adjust to preference Slice the potatoes using a waffle fry cutter or mandoline, rotating 90 degrees between slices.
Place the slices in a bowl of cold water and soak them for 30–45 minutes. Drain the water and pat the potato slices very dry with paper towels.
Toss the potatoes with olive oil, sea salt, and any other seasonings you like.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Arrange the fries in a single layer in the basket.
Cook the fries for 18–22 minutes, shaking the basket every 5–7 minutes. Increase the temperature to 400°F for the last 2–3 minutes.
Sprinkle the fries with extra salt if desired and serve them hot. Enjoy!
