Fresh Pineapple Salsa (Quick & Easy)

This pineapple salsa combines sweet fruit with jalapeño heat and a tangy lime dressing. Serve it with your favorite chips, as a side, or on top of grilled fish!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh pineapple finely diced
  • 1 large red bell pepper finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion finely diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 jalapeño seeds and ribs removed, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to preference

Instructions

  • Finely dice all the ingredients for the salsa.
    Chopped veggies and herbs in bowls with lime next to it.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss together.
