Fresh Pineapple Salsa (Quick & Easy)
This pineapple salsa combines sweet fruit with jalapeño heat and a tangy lime dressing. Serve it with your favorite chips, as a side, or on top of grilled fish!

4 cups fresh pineapple finely diced 1 large red bell pepper finely diced 1/2 red onion finely diced (about 1 cup) 1 jalapeño seeds and ribs removed, finely diced 1/4 cup cilantro chopped 2 tbsp lime juice 1/2 tsp salt adjust to preference Finely dice all the ingredients for the salsa.
In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss together.
Cover and store the salsa in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy!
