  • Combine the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, and seasonings in a bowl. Whisk to combine.

  • Place the London broil steak in a large ziploc bag. Pour the marinade into the ziploc bag. Cover all sides of the steak with the marinade. Seal and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  • Preheat the oven to the broil setting (about 450°-500°F). Remove the steak from the ziploc bag and place it on a sheet pan. Broil for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reads 135°-140°F when using a thermometer.
