Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix just until combined.
Stir in the oats, vanilla extract, walnuts, and cranberries.
Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake the mixture for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
