- 2 cup cooked pasta (cook according package instrucitons)
- 1 English cucumber cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cup sweet cherry tomatoes cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup salami cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
- 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper adjust to taste
In a large bowl, toss cucumber, tomato, fresh mozzarella, cooked pasta and salami pieces.
Top salad off with fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss the sald together with oil and balsamic vinegar. Taste and adjust until you get the perfect balance of fat and acid. Enjoy!
