Ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked pasta (cook according package instrucitons)
  • 1 English cucumber cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cup sweet cherry tomatoes cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup salami cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper adjust to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, toss cucumber, tomato, fresh mozzarella, cooked pasta and salami pieces.

  • Top salad off with fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Toss the sald together with oil and balsamic vinegar. Taste and adjust until you get the perfect balance of fat and acid. Enjoy!
