Crispy Grilled Potatoes in Foil (Only 3 Ingredients)

Ingredients

  • 2 lb baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil avocado or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the baby potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  • Slice the potatoes into halves and season them with salt and oil. Toss until evenly coated.

  • Cut a large piece of foil and place the potatoes on top of it in a single layer. Cover with another similar sized piece of foil and cinch the edges to create a pocket.

  • Preheat the grill to 400°F. Place the potatoes on the grill and cook them for 15 minutes.

  • Open up the foil and flip the potatoes so they brown on the other side. Grill for 10 more minutes or until potatoes are crispy and fully cooked.
