Ingredients
16ozsausage Andouille or Polish
2bell pepperscut into 1 inch pieces
1lbbroccolicut into florets
1medium zucchinicut into 1/2 inch thick half rounds
Place the bell peppers, broccoli, and zucchini on a baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle the garlic parsley salt on top, then toss to evenly coat the veggies.
Slice the sausage into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Dump sausage with the veggies on a large baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
Broil the sausage and veggies at 450°F for 15-20 minutes, or until the veggies are crispy and tender. Serve warm and enjoy!
