Ingredients

  • 6 oz hot-smoked salmon
  • 3 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 green onion very finely minced

Instructions

  • Place the smoked salmon in a medium bowl and mash it lightly with a fork to break it up.
