– pork belly – salt – ground black pepper

Cut pork belly into 2 inch pieces. Season them generously with salt and pepper.


Place pork belly in one layer in an air fryer basket.


Air Fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, turn them every 5-7 minutes to ensure that all the sides are evenly cooked.
