- 2 medium peaches
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 oz prosciutto
- 6 oz burrata cheese
- 10 basil leaves
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
Slice peaches thinly and place them on a flat serving plate.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on top of the peaches.
Slice the prosciutto into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle it on top of the tomatoes.
Cut the burrata into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle it on top of the veggies and prosciutto.
Season with salt, oil, and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle whole basil leaves on top. Serve right away!
