Instructions

  • Turn on the oven on a low broil.
    Raw bacon on a cutting board with a baking pan next to it and a baking rack on top of the baking pan
  • Cover the baking dish with a wire rack or foil, if you have a cooling rack, it works wonderful in this case.

  • Cook bacon on a low broil for about 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy. Remove bacon form a baking sheet, serve or refrigerate the crispy bacon.
