Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a food processor. Mix until everything is smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
    Garlic, cottage cheese, herbs and seasoning in a blender.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with extra fresh herbs if desired. Store the dip covered in the fridge for up to 4 days.
