2 cups cottage cheese 2 garlic cloves 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp fresh dill 1 tbsp fresh parsley 1/2 tsp salt Add all the ingredients into a food processor. Mix until everything is smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with extra fresh herbs if desired. Store the dip covered in the fridge for up to 4 days.
