Quick Stir Fry Recipe

Servings 8 Servings
- 2 lb Beef Short Ribs
- Olive oil for cooking
- 2 medium Carrots
- 1/2 lb Brocolli
- 1 lb Asparagus
- 2 Green Onion
- Salt to taste
- 1/3 cup Mr. Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce or any of your favorite sweet sour sauce
Prepare all ingredients for the dish.
Cut short ribs into smaller pieces. Brown them on an oiled skillet and season with some salt as you are cooking them. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add diced carrots into the same skillet and cook it for a few minutes until it's lightly browned. Add in broccoli and asparagus. Stir to combine.
Add sauce into the mixture, let it simmer for about 2 minutes and add beef. Stir everything together. If necessary, cook for a little longer, but make sure not to overcook all those veggies.
Serve stir fry over rice, noodles or simply on its own. Incredible Incredible Goodness!!!!!!
