  • 2 lb Beef Short Ribs
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1/2 lb Brocolli
  • 1 lb Asparagus
  • 2 Green Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/3 cup Mr. Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce or any of your favorite sweet sour sauce


  • Prepare all ingredients for the dish.

  • Cut short ribs into smaller pieces. Brown them on an oiled skillet and season with some salt as you are cooking them. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  • Add diced carrots into the same skillet and cook it for a few minutes until it's lightly browned. Add in broccoli and asparagus. Stir to combine.

  • Add sauce into the mixture, let it simmer for about 2 minutes and add beef. Stir everything together. If necessary, cook for a little longer, but make sure not to overcook all those veggies.
