3 lbs turkey bones leftovers from turkey roast 2 large carrots 1 medium onion 3 bay leaves 1 garlic head Place all the ingredients in a large soup pot (5 quarts or bigger). Fill it up with water.
Bring the broth to a light boil and turn the heat down to a low simmer for 3 hours.
Pour the broth through a strainer. Discard the solid veggies and herbs.
Store the broth in the fridge or freezer or use it immediately. Enjoy!
