This chicken broccoli alfredo is made with juicy chicken and fresh broccoli tossed in homemade alfredo sauce. It's so rich in flavor — you’ll be coming back for more.
Slice the chicken into evenly sized strips. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and sauté the chicken in an oiled, large pan or skillet until golden brown. Set aside.
Cook pasta in a pot according to package instructions minus 2 minutes. Toward the last 3 minutes, add broccoli to the boiling pasta. Cook. Drain and set aside. (Don't forget to set some water aside for the sauce.)
To the same pan/skillet, combine heavy whipping cream, butter, pressed garlic, and grated parmesan cheese. Cook the sauce over medium-low heat until smooth.
Add the cooked fettuccine, broccoli, and chicken back into the sauce. Toss everything together until well-combined and remove from heat.
