  • Cut chicken thighs into 2 inch cubes, trimming off any excess fat.
    Chicken cut into bit size pieces.
  • Place the chicken into a medium size bowl. Add teriyaki sauce and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  • Add chicken to the skewers, leaving a bit of space between each piece.

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat. Both indoor and outdoor grills should work. Once the grill is hot, lightly brush the grates with oil.

  • Add chicken and grill on each side for 3-4 minutes until the chicken is lightly golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Enjoy!
