In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
In a separate large bowl, combine the buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter. Whisk to combine.
Fold the dry ingredients into the buttermilk mixture. Add the fresh blueberries and gently fold them in.
Preheat a nonstick pan with a bit of butter on medium heat. Add 1/4-1/3 cup portions of batter to the pan and cook until bubbles appear in the center of the pancakes.
