3 tbsp unsalted butter 3 garlic cloves pressed 2 tbsp flour all purpose 1 1/2 cups whole milk 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Sprinkle in the flour and toast for about a minute.
Pour in the milk and whisk constantly, breaking up any clumps of flour. Cook on medium-low until the mixture begins to thicken.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce is creamy. Remove from heat.
Spread on your pizza and enjoy!
