Alfredo Pizza Sauce (White Sauce)

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves pressed
  • 2 tbsp flour all purpose
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  • Sprinkle in the flour and toast for about a minute.

  • Pour in the milk and whisk constantly, breaking up any clumps of flour. Cook on medium-low until the mixture begins to thicken.
