Cobb Salad (with Homemade Dressing)

Ingredients

  • 10 oz lettuce chopped, romaine or iceberg
  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast sliced
  • 1 cup bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 large hardboiled eggs sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled

Instructions

  • Add the chopped lettuce to a large bowl.

  • On top of the lettuce, arrange the chicken, bacon, eggs, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese. Set aside.

  • In a small jar, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
