8 large eggs 3/4 cup whole milk 1/4 cup half and half 1 tsp salt 1/3 tsp black pepper 2/3 cup grated cheese cheddar, Swiss, or mozzarella 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese Preheat the oven to 350°F. Add the eggs to a large bowl. Pour in the milk, half & half, then whisk to combine.
Add the cheese, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
Pour the eggs into a 9-inch pan buttered pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is fully set. Enjoy!
