 1/2  cup  sugar brown or granulated  12  mini croissants   defrosted Preheat a waffle iron. Lightly grease with oil or butter.  
 Place sugar in a bowl. Coat each raw, defrosted croissant in sugar by rolling it in the sugar bowl. 
 Cook in a waffle maker for about five minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown.
