1 cup greek yogurt 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 cup herbs parsley, tarragon, dill 4 tbsp chives chopped 1 garlic clove chopped 1/2 tsp salt adjust to preference Roughly chop the herbs and garlic. Place the greek yogurt, and lemon juice into the blender. Add the herbs and garlic.
Blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender, then blend again to incorporate. Season with salt to taste.
Store the dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
