Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup herbs parsley, tarragon, dill
  • 4 tbsp chives chopped
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to preference

Instructions

  • Roughly chop the herbs and garlic. Place the greek yogurt, and lemon juice into the blender. Add the herbs and garlic.

  • Blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender, then blend again to incorporate. Season with salt to taste.

  • Store the dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
