Print Kale Caesar Salad
This kale Caesar salad combines a few of my favorite things: nutrient-packed kale, crunchy croutons, salty Parmesan, and tangy homemade dressing. YUM.

Place the chopped kale in a large bowl. Massage the kale for 1-2 minutes until it becomes tender and the color darkens.
Add the Caesar dressing and toss well to coat all the leaves.
Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan and toss again.
Top the salad with croutons, more Parmesan, and freshly cracked black pepper.
