Kale Caesar Salad

This kale Caesar salad combines a few of my favorite things: nutrient-packed kale, crunchy croutons, salty Parmesan, and tangy homemade dressing. YUM.

  • Place the chopped kale in a large bowl. Massage the kale for 1-2 minutes until it becomes tender and the color darkens.
