Ingredients

  • 1 lb Yukon Gold potatoes halved
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic parsley salt
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Clean the potatoes and cut them in half. Score them into a diamond shape.
