In a blender whisk together eggs and cottage cheese.
Pour egg mixture into the egg bites mold, leaving space on top. Sprinkle veggies, meats and herbs into the egg bites. Cover tightly using a lid or foil.
Fill the instant pot with half a cup of water and add the egg bites. Cover the instant pot with a lid in a sealed position. Set it to 10 minutes at steam. Once it's cooked the pressure will naturally release.
