Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto Recipe
Prosciutto wrapped asparagus makes for a wonderful side dish or addition to an antipasto platter. It looks fancy but couldn’t be simpler to pull together!
Servings 6 servings
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1/4 tsp salt adjust to taste
- 1 tsp avocado or olive oil
- 1/2 lb prosciutto thinly sliced
Trim the asparagus by cutting or snapping off the tough end of each asparagus stalk. Season them with oil and salt.
Wrap each piece of asparagus in prosciutto. Assemble the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet.
Bake at 425°F for about 10-12 minutes, or until the prosciutto is nice and crispy. Enjoy!
