Marinated cucumbers with garlic are the perfect sidekick to a sandwich, soup or really anything to be honest. Easy-to-make, these crunchy morsels will disappear faster than you can make them.

- 2 lb cucumbers
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp dill diced
- 4 garlic cloves pressed
Wash and split cucumber into 2-4 long slices. To the cucumbers add salt, dill and garlic, mix all ingredients together.
Let cucumbers marinate for a least 2 hours, they can be refrigerated up to 5 days.
