Easy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
These Easy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes turn out perfect every time. Its layer is crispy on the outside, while extra tender on the inside. You'll never use an oven after you try baking potatoes in an Air Fryer.

- 2 Russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
Prepare all ingredients for the recipe. Wash and pat dry potatoes. Poke holes in potatoes using a knife or fork.
Cover the potatoes with oil and salt. Place them in an Air Fryer basket, leaving space in-between. Air Fry potatoes at 390F for at least 30 minutes, depending on the size of potatoes it may take longer.
Split potatoes in the center. Serve with your favorite toppings.
