1 tbsp olive oil 1 medium yellow onion diced 1 lb ground turkey 1 large bell pepper diced 1 garlic clove 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp salt adjust to taste 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 large avocado 6 lettuce leaves 1 tbsp herbs garnish Preheat a deep skillet over medium heat with oil. Add the diced onions, and cook until soft and translucent.
Add ground turkey to the onions and crumble while it's cooking. Mix in the garlic, bell pepper and season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Dice the avocado into small pieces and finely dice the bell pepper.
Spoon the cooked ground turkey on a lettuce leaf. Top it with bell pepper and avocado. Sprinkle on fresh herbs and enjoy!
