- 10 bread slices
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
In a medium sized bowl, whisk the eggs with milk and salt.
Dip both sides of the bread into the egg mixture.
On low heat, preheat a skillet with a tablespoon of butter. Add toast to the preheated skillet and fry until golden brown. Flip over and repeat.
