2 lbs large shrimp peeled & deveined 1 red bell pepper julienned 1 green bell pepper julienned 1 large yellow onion half rings 3 tbsp Fajita seasoning 1 tbsp oil olive or avocado Preheat the oven to 450°F or the broiler setting. Place shrimp and veggies on a sheet pan.
Season with fajita seasoning and oil. Spread evenly onto a sheet pan.
Broil the shrimp fajitas for about 10 minutes, or until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through and the veggies are tender. Serve and enjoy!
