Ingredients

  • 2 lbs large shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper julienned
  • 1 green bell pepper julienned
  • 1 large yellow onion half rings
  • 3 tbsp Fajita seasoning
  • 1 tbsp oil olive or avocado

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F or the broiler setting. Place shrimp and veggies on a sheet pan.
    Veggies with shrimp on a baking sheet.
  • Season with fajita seasoning and oil. Spread evenly onto a sheet pan.
    Shrimp and onion, bell pepper.
  • Broil the shrimp fajitas for about 10 minutes, or until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through and the veggies are tender. Serve and enjoy!
