- 4 slices of bread fresh or toasted
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 2 hardboiled eggs sliced
- 1/4 red onion sliced into half rings
- 1/4 cup capers
- 3 tbsp dill fresh
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
Spread the whipped cream cheese onto the bread slices.
Top it off with slices of smoked salmon, sliced hard boiled eggs, red onion, and capers.
Sprinkle with ground black pepper and dill.
