Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread fresh or toasted
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 2 hardboiled eggs sliced
  • 1/4 red onion sliced into half rings
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 3 tbsp dill fresh
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Spread the whipped cream cheese onto the bread slices.
    Toast with cream cheese spread.
  • Top it off with slices of smoked salmon, sliced hard boiled eggs, red onion, and capers.
