Prepare all the ingredients for the recipe. Cut beef into thin strips.
Preheat the skillet with olive oil and cook the beef until it's cooked through. Season with Asian seasoning. To the same skillet, add in the brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook until the beef is browned, then remove the beef from the skillet.
Slice the carrots into thin strips and cut the onions into half rings. Cook the onions in the skillet on medium heat until they're softened, then add the carrots and cook until they're also soft.
Stir in the snow peas, season with the remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes. Press the garlic into the mixture and stir to combine. Return the beef into the vegetable mixture and stir to combine.
