This tasty Shrimp Linguine will transport you and your taste buds to Italy in less than 30 minutes. Using simple ingredients straight from your pantry and refrigerator, this will be your new favorite dish.
Bring salted water to a boil, cook linguine pasta according to package instructions to al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Don't forget to set aside some pasta water.
While pasta is cooking, preheat butter and oil on medium-high in a large frying pan.
Add in minced garlic and cook it for about 15 seconds.
Add in shrimp and cook on both sides until lightly pink, about 3 minutes on each side.
Season with salt, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Allow it to simmer for a minute or so.
Add pasta to the pan. Toss it all together. If you find that pasta is looking a bit dry, add some of the reserved pasta water. Top it with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
