  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are softened.

  • Add the ground turkey and cook until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up along the way.

  • Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, and salt. Add the beans, diced tomatoes, corn, tomato paste, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.

  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust the seasonings to your liking.
