This is not really a recipe but more of an idea. I have the hardest time drinking water. Water tastes too plain to me, juice and pop have too much sugar and therefore not even an option. So preparing a batch of fruit infused water is a perfect solution.

Not only is this water tasteful, but it also has many benefits. Improving your skin, help with weight loss and provides great vitamins and minerals.

There are many different fruits you can use for infusing water, such as raspberries, melons, cucumbers, strawberries, etc. Orange and lemon provides a nice sweetness and sour flavor, mint leaves give water a nice, cool, fresh taste.
