These air-fried peaches are mouthwateringly caramelized and bursting with brown sugar and cinnamon flavor. They’re absolutely to-die-for!

Peaches have a special place in my heart. During the peak of the season, my grandma would always make baked peaches for us as a dessert. I still remember sitting at the table in my grandma’s tiny house and devouring those peaches — growing up in a Ukrainian village meant that every small treat was a luxury.
This air fryer peaches recipe was born out of the discovery that air frying makes everything better (anyone who knows me knows I’m obsessed with my air fryer). The peaches stay soft and juicy on the inside, while the outside develops a caramelized, crispy crust. By some miracle, the air fryer traps all the juiciness inside of the peaches — plus, it’s so much quicker to cook them this way!

How To Air Fry Peaches
If the amazing taste isn’t enough to convince you to try this recipe, take note of the fact that air-fried peaches take under 15 minutes to make. Four ingredients, one bowl, and an air fryer — let’s go!
- Prepare the peaches: Slice the peaches in half. Separate the two halves and remove the pit.
- Make the topping: Sprinkle each slice with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Air fry the peaches: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F, then spray the tray with oil and place the peaches skin side down into the air fryer basket. Cook the peaches for 8-10 minutes, or until they’re tender and golden brown.

Tips From the Kitchen
This was one of those recipes that took me by storm and made me wonder… why haven’t I been making air-fried peaches a long time ago? Here are a few tips I picked up to ensure a peachy keen experience.
- Use ripe fresh peaches. Ripe peaches are easier to pull apart, and they taste sweeter. The best way to check for ripeness is the squeeze test — hold the peach in the palm of your hand and gently squeeze. The peach should slightly yield and feel like a tennis ball.
- Check on the peaches while air frying. The size and ripeness of the peaches determine how long they’ll take to cook, so keep an eye on them. Take a peek at the peaches around the eight-minute mark and look for golden brown edges.
- Load up on toppings! You can’t go wrong with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream to pair with the peaches fresh out of the air fryer. If you’re in the mood for something lighter, serve the peaches with yogurt and a sprinkle of granola, walnuts, or pecans. To add a pop of green, garnish the peaches with a pinch of fresh mint or basil.

Ingredient Variations
There are several different ways I like to make my air-fried peaches. Sometimes I’m in the mood for a sweeter addition, and other times I have different stone fruit on hand I’m looking to use up — either way, this recipe always turns out delicious!
- Different stone fruits: Instead of peaches, use nectarines or plums. Nectarines are tangy and sweet, while plums tend to be more tart.
- Butter: For a rich caramel flavor, melt together two tablespoons of butter (or coconut oil) with two tablespoons of brown sugar. Coat the peaches with the mixture and air fry as directed.
- Oats: Add 1/4 cup of oats to the brown sugar mixture for extra fiber and crunch!
- Honey/maple syrup: Swap the brown sugar for honey or maple syrup to adjust the sweetness level and flavor of your peaches.
Storage & Reheating
Whenever I cook peaches in the air fryer, they rarely last more than a couple hours before my boys (or I) gobble them up. But in the lucky scenario we have leftovers, here’s how I go about making them last.
- Storage: Air-fried peaches last for up to four days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Reheating: My favorite way to reheat peaches is by popping them in the air fryer at 350°F again for a few minutes until they’re sizzling. When I’m short on time, the microwave works great too!
