It may be a surprise that I love anything and everything cottage cheese. Tim actually sometimes catches me eating it by the spoonfuls at home – oops! Cottage cheese is actually one of my favorite sources of protein, especially if I’m not quite in the mood for meats.
Growing up in Ukraine, we made and ate farmers cheese all the time. But, when we immigrated to the USA, it was surprisingly difficult to find in grocery stores.
